Eligibility. Paid tournaments and prize payouts are intended for users who are at least 18 years old and eligible to participate under applicable laws. Feature availability may vary by jurisdiction, and some regions may impose additional restrictions on paid competitions.
Verification. Identity or KYC verification may be required as part of participation in paid tournaments and prize processing. Additional verification may be requested before your payout can be processed.
Taxes. Prize money may be taxable in your hands under applicable Indian tax laws, which include specific provisions for winnings from online games (such as tax deducted at source in certain cases). The exact treatment depends on your circumstances and prevailing provisions; where any deduction is required by law, it will be shown transparently on your payout record. Payment details. Provide a UPI ID or bank account held in your own name. Please verify your payout details before submitting a payout request. PlayXcrew may be unable to complete or recover a transfer affected by incorrect beneficiary information; any reversal or recovery is subject to the applicable bank, payment provider and transaction process.
Entry fees & refunds. Entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament starts. If a tournament is cancelled by the host before it begins, entry fees are refunded to your original payment method.
